Serving is a great way to get to know others at Brooklife, learn more about yourself and how God created you, and play a vital role in the ministry at Brooklife Church. We encourage people to serve both in the church and in the community.
If you are interested in serving in any of the ministries below, please fill out our serving application.
Ministry Teams
BUILDING SUPPORT
- Drivers - Purchase and pick up supplies
- Event Setup - Set up tables and chairs
- Handyman Team - Help with building repairs and special projects
- Sunday Setup - Set up, clean up, and organize before the services on Sundays
- Sunday Cleanup - Clean up and reorganize following the services on Sundays
- Décor Team - Decorate the building with seasonal decorations
- Midweek Support - Clean and organize during the week to prepare for Sunday
SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE TEAMS
- Baking Team - Bake treats for Sunday morning services
- Café Team - Prepare coffee for Sunday mornings to make people feel welcome
- Connections - Serve as a greeter or usher at one of our Sunday morning services
- Parking Lot Team - Direct traffic in our parking lot
OUTREACH
- Community Outreach - Serve with others who have a passion to impact the community
- Frontline Initiatives - Start your own ministry using your gifts and abilities
- Global Outreach - Connect to the world through our strategic international partnerships
HOUSE GROUP LEADERS - Invest in the lives of adults through leading a group
KIDLIFE - Serve with our children ages birth through 6th grade
MARRIAGE MENTORS - Help build healthy marriages at Brooklife
OFFICE SUPPORT
- Administrative Team - Use your administrative skills at the Brooklife office
- Graphic Design - Design publications and other materials
- IT and Website - Use your skills for various projects in our building or with our website
PRAYER TEAM - Pray for our church and the community
SPECIAL EVENTS - Plan and serve at special events
STUDENT MINISTRY - Build into the lives of middle school and high school students
WOMEN'S OUTREACH
- Mom to Mom - Serve with other women to reach out to moms of all ages in our community
- Sweet Monday - Serve with other women to creatively reach out to other women
- Stitches of Love - Sew items for those in need in our community and around the world
WORSHIP SERVICES
- Creative Team - Make services creative through visual arts including set design and videos
- Staging Crew - Build, paint, or sew set designs
- Stage Hands - Assist in moving various elements during services
- Tech Team - Run audio, video, or lights for Sunday services (training available)
- Worship Team - Serve on one of our Sunday morning worship teams (audition required)

SERVE IN THE COMMUNITY
Brooklife is developing relationships with numerous organizations in Waukesha and Milwaukee counties such as the Mukwonago Food Pantry, Linden Grove Nursing Home, Community Warehouse, and Hope Center. Join us for one of our service projects or develop a long-term commitment with a local organization.
