 UPCOMING EVENTS

It's coming February 26! – Don’t miss next week as we launch the most exciting initiative ever at Brooklife. Come and find out how you can be a part of it!

4-week Starter House Groups – We are forming starter house groups which will begin meeting weekly on Wednesdays from 6:30-8 pm at Brooklife Church, February 29 until March 21. These groups are a great way to sample group life at Brooklife for a 4-week period of time. If interested, fill out the bulletin insert or contact: Joe.

Financial Peace – Weekly February 20-May 21. In the fall 28 families graduated from FPU, paying off over $156,000! Come join us to see what God has in store for your finances. Contact: Marilyn or sign up in the lobby. Childcare available for a fee. The cost is $95/couple.

Service Saturday – We’re going to Inspiration Ministries on Saturday, February 25 to do some light cleaning and crafts with the residents. All are welcome. Contact: John. Meet in the Brooklife parking lot at 8:30 am.

Marriage 101 – Whether you have been married 1 month, 50 years, or anything in between, healthy skills are very important for a successful marriage. Brooklife Marriage Ministry is offering a half-day workshop on Saturday, March 3 from 9 am-noon, designed to teach practical skills in communication and conflict management. Contact: LuAnn, 262-378-4285, to register. The cost is $10 per couple. Childcare TBA.

Easter Choir – Interested in being part of a choir during our Easter services? Contact: Jessica.

 OUTREACH

Cardmaking for the Food Pantry – Join us on March 18 from 12:30-4:30 pm in the café for a Mukwonago Food Pantry Cardmaking Fundraiser. Pre-cut kits will be provided. No experience necessary. The cost is $25. $5 from each admission is donated to the Mukwonago Food Pantry. Contact: Julie, 262-378-0607.

City on A Hill Service Day – Join us on Sunday, March 10 to serve at City on a Hill medical clinic. Trained medical staff and other volunteers are welcome. Meet at the Brooklife parking lot at 9:15 am to carpool. Return by 4 pm. Contact: John Meiners, 262-470-8519.

Joplin Trip – Harry Spalding will be leading a trip to Joplin, MO with Samaritan’s Purse to help rebuild after the tornadoes May 13-19. The cost is approximately $125/person. We still have room for 2 men and 3 women. If interested contact: Heather.

Mukwonago Senior Dining Center – Volunteers are needed Monday, Tuesdays or Thursdays to help pack meals for homebound seniors, serve and clean up. Drivers are also needed to deliver meals to homebound seniors Monday-Friday. Call Karen at 262-548-7829 at the Aging & Disability Resource Center.

 SERVE

Facility Hosts – We are looking for people interested in joining our Host Team for community events in our facility. Responsibilities include being on site to assist groups, unlocking doors, making coffee, and answering questions etc. Interested? Contact: Jennifer, 378-4470 x221.

Parking Lot Team – Do you love the outdoors? Join the parking lot team and welcome people to Brooklife. Contact: Heather.

 KIDLIFE

Preschool Family Movie & P.J. Night – Come watch An Easter Carol, Saturday, March 10, 5:30-7:30 pm in the Xplorer classroom. Preschoolers with their families are welcome. Snacks will be provided. Don’t forget your pajamas!

SuperStart – March 2-3 for 4th & 5th graders. The cost is $90. Pick up a flyer in your classroom or at the Info Kiosk for more details.

Communion Class for Kids – March 11 at 10:30 am in Adult Classrooms 151 & 152 for kids and parents. RSVP to Laura.

Xtreme Family Game Night – Saturday, March 17 from 4-8 pm. Come for some family fun. Pick up a flyer at the Kidlife Welcome Center or in your child’s classroom.

 STUDENTS

Dash Middle School Ministry – Dash middle school ministry is meeting Sunday, February 19 from 3:30-5 pm in The Landing. Grab a friend and come on over! Come early and hang out from 3-3:30 pm. Questions? Contact: Mark.

Status High School Ministry – There is no Status meeting Sunday, February 19. See you next week.

 GENERAL

Nursing moms or families with restless kids – Take advantage of our Family Room located near the Kidlife check-in. There is a video feed of the sermon available. Please also take advantage of our wonderful Kidlife ministries designed specifically for kids of all ages.

Trouble hearing? – We have hearing units available. Just ask one of our ushers, and we would be glad to get you one.

Messages updated online – If you missed a Sunday, or want to listen to a message again, the messages are now updated on this website and podcast.

Need a Bible? – If you need a bible you're welcome to take the one below your seat. It's our gift to you.

Offering Envelopes – If you use the offering envelopes for cash giving to Brooklife and would like to receive a giving statement at the end of the year, please make sure to legibly write your full name and address on the offering envelope.

Direct Deposit Giving – Would you like to give your offering through direct deposit? Pick up a form at the info kiosk or contact: Marilyn.

Help Brooklife Raise Money – By using www.goodsearch.com (instead of Yahoo or Google) and selecting Brooklife Church as your charity, they will donate money to Brooklife, just by doing your searches through them. We also are collecting Campbell's soup labels. Pick up a card at the info kiosk listing eligible products.

Need prayer? – Email the Prayer Team with prayer requests, and you will be prayed for by our prayer team. Please indicate in your email if you would like your prayer request kept confidential.
